554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy

As part of the recent changes to E-marketing, Act! 365 now gives more information on your campaign metrics by email.  You’ll receive this message due to one of the following three reasons:-

  1. The user has clicked the list-unsubscribe header either on this campaign or a previous one. (this is the most common cause)
  2. The address was invalid (address does not exist)
  3. The user clicked one of your emails and flagged it as SPAM.

You can view the number of Opt Outs and Bounces on a specific campaign in the Campaign History area and drill down to see the specifics.
