As part of the recent changes to E-marketing, Act! 365 now gives more information on your campaign metrics by email. You’ll receive this message due to one of the following three reasons:-
- The user has clicked the list-unsubscribe header either on this campaign or a previous one. (this is the most common cause)
- The address was invalid (address does not exist)
- The user clicked one of your emails and flagged it as SPAM.
You can view the number of Opt Outs and Bounces on a specific campaign in the Campaign History area and drill down to see the specifics.
