You can view contacts who have opted-out of your emarketing campaigns by following the steps below:
- Click Emarketing on the left of Act! 365
- You will see a list of your sent campaigns in the pane on the left half of the screen select the applicable campaign
- On the right you will see details of the selected campaign, click Opt Outs
- You will now see details of your opt-out(s) with a link to View Contact
