Why have my contacts images been removed?

As Act! 365 receives security permission from Facebook the token only allows access for 60 days at a time. If the images are removed from your contacts please follow the directions below to restore.

  1. Click Profile from the bottom left corner
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Click Apps & integration
  4. Click the app you want to connect with and enter log in details as requested
  5. Refresh Act! 365 when completed
