How do I use the Call List?

The Call List will provide a prioritized list of your most engaged contacts based on their interactions with your email campaigns sent in the last 30 days. You must send an email campaign before a Call List will be visible. 

Start in the Emarketing section


  1. Click Call list
  2. View the list of contacts ranked on interaction 
  3. Click the contact you want to see Call List details for 
  4. Under the Activity tab click the Campaign you wish to view 
  5. Click Show Activity Card>>
  6. View the Opens and Clicks
