How do I cancel Act! 365?

Note* Only paid accounts can be closed. There are no contracts. For more information reference the Swiftpage Billing Policy

  1. Click Profile from the bottom left corner
  2. Click Plans & Billing
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Plans & Billing page
  4. Click Close Account
  5. The following message will appear:
         Closing your account will stop all recurring charges on your credit card
  6. If you agree to the message click Close Account
