- From the Act! 365 Login page, click Forgot Password?
- Type the email address associated to the Act! 365 account in Enter Email Address box
- Click Next
- Answer your security question
- Click Next
- Check your email inbox for the email address associated to your Act! 365 account
- Open the email from success@act.com
- Click the forgot password hyperlink in the email
- Enter a new password in fields provided and click Submit
Note: One field will look like a password is already present. It is not and is only there for example purposes. - Click Back under the Reset Password message
- Log in with the new password
