    Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.

    Unfortunately I've been unable to find your original post. Can you confirm what it is that you're doing and the error message that your receiving?

    When you say that you need to update the contact and email account, do you mean that you need to change the email address used to log in to the product?

    Error Message-Billing and Plan

    The last 2 days, I keep trying to go to the Billing and plan page, to update our credit card information. I keep getting an ERROR message. We are in the process of changing credit card companies and need to be able to change this information quickly. Please advise
