    Can you confirm exactly what happens when you try to save an activity? Do you receive any error messages?

    Do you also know whether the issue seems to affect more than one contact?

    Nothing happens when I click on save. it does not save the activity or do anything

    Thanks for coming back to me!

    Can you try clearing your browsers cookies & cache and then test adding an activity again? Alternatively, it may be worth testing in a different web browser in the first instance.

    Hi Dan,

    I have cleared all and tried again. Its the same. I tried it on internet explorer and its still the same. Just nothing happens when I click on save. I could see a test msg you have typed and I could comment on that. But still not allowing me to add any activity to other contacts

    Thanks for trying those steps!

    It's a strange one as we've tested your account internally and have had no issues creating an activity.

    Do you happen to have a different PC to test on? Or alternatively, could you install the Act! 365 app and test whether you can create an activity in the app?

    I have downloaded the app on my android phone. It gives same error. I tried on my macbook using safari, its the same error.
