Outlook add-in keeps asking me to log back in to my contacts database

    Did you get any response?

    There was an error retrieving your contacts from your Act! database. You may try again or reset the Add-in and logon again. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact your Act! administrator
     
    Have to reset the add-in multiple times each day.  Sounds like we have the same issue.
