Importing response emails from contacts
I saw the article on how to have an outgoing email to a client show in 365 with attach.email.act.com, however I can't seem to find if there is a way to attach an incoming response back from the client to the database. Is this possible? Would be nice to have all email correspondence linked to that contact.

Thank you for contacting Act! 365 Support.
You should be able to attach incoming emails by using the Act! 365 Contact Link. You can find information on how to set this up here.
Once you've set the Contact Link up, you can follow these steps:
- Highlight an email in your inbox
- Click the 'Act! 365 Contact Link' button in Outlook
- Click the 'paperclip' icon to create an email activityKind regards,
