Importing my Act Database

I m looking to move my database over from Act Pro. I have exported the contact info, and imported into ACT365, but this does not bring any of my history, activity or Group information. I don't see an option to import an ACT database. Am I missing something? How do I transfer over from Act 365 to this?

  Good Afternoon Gordon,

   

  Thank you for using opening a community support post.

  Act! 365 allows you to import contact information but it does not allow you to import groups, history or activity information. Although similar to Act! Pro and Premium it does not have the functionality. You would need to enter this data manually.

  I found that I could go to the client's history tab in Act!, copy all the data then created a Activity for the client on Act365 entitled Contact History.  I then paste the copied data into the Detail field.

  It is a hassle but at least you get the data moved.
