    I have the same problem!!! Keep giving me error messages. I called the 800 number Act Essential does not even get to talk to a real person, all I can do is post a message, very frustrating

    As Dan explained, we had a brief outage. This was resolved quickly by the developers. Are you still unable to log into the system?

    Are you getting an error message?

    Act! 365 has no telephone support. It is an online supported product.
