delete user so I wan't be charged
I need help to delete an inactive user.
You should really make this where at least the users are editable. I can't even change a password, much less an email address if my sales person changes. This is really a fault in this system. The admin person(s) should have the ability to actually manage the account.

Hi Melinda,
I have removed the billing for one user from your account with immediate effect.
If you could reply to the email I sent you with the email address of the user you wish to have removed and I will raise the case to the engineers to completely remove them from your account.
