How long will this outage last as I am unable to access contacts or do any of my work this morning because the site is down. #EpicFail

I'm really sorry for the extended downtime, we'd expected the latest update on Emarketing to take around two hours, and unfortunately it's taken longer than anticipated. We thought that we'd be back up well before 9am EST.
I know this is no consolation to our users and can only apologize. As you can imagine once we start a deployment we have to let it run through. I've got the developers looking at any way we can speed up this process as their number one priority.
So sorry for any disruption this has caused you.
