Missing Contacts
Hi,
I just imported 192 contacts from a CSV file to the group "restaurants".
The import window said 192 contacts were imported but the group shows 120.restaurants. Where are the missing 72 contacts?
Also, I created a new group yesterday called "restaurants with email" and manually moved 9 contacts from "restaurants" to "restaurants with email".
Today they are not there. I tested this with Chrome and IE.. Same problem.

Could you provide a copy of your spreadsheet for me to troubleshoot? If possible, please forward a copy to success@act.com so we can take a look.
In regards to the contacts that are now missing from your group; do they still exist in the database as contacts at all?
