    Hi Paul,

Thank you for contacting Act! Essentials Support.

Unfortunately we do not offer a direct integration with any AT&T software. You may be able to use our API to integrate with the software but we would be unable to offer any support on doing so. I've included some information on our API below.

How do I access the API?

Where can I find Act! Essentials API developer documentation?

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for writing back.  I have absolutely no clue what I am supposed to do with this API key.  How do I use it to try to get the programs to talk to each other?

    PD

    Hi Paul,

As Dan has already touched on this, unfortunately we are not developers ourselves. However, to integrate with Act! Essentials API it would be expected that you have knowledge of restful API if you are developing your own tool or speak to someone within your organisation that is a developer. The only help we can provide ourselves comes in the form of knowledgebase articles.
Other online sources such as stack overflow have a wealth of information on how to use an API.

    Regards,
