Transfer closed account to new user
Hi, my colleague tried Act! and has recommended we try it for the business. I tried to add his email address as a new user when I was setting up the subscription but get the message "this email address already exists". How can we fix this?

Can you confirm both the email address that you signed up with as well as your colleagues email address? I appreciate that this is a public forum so can you send them to 'success@act.com'?
If possible, can you also confirm whether your colleague still has a full paid account or whether they had one in the past?
