    Thank you for contacting Act! Essentials Support. At this time, our product is supported in English. If you could contact us on success@act.com with a copy of your import media so that we may have a look at it for you.

    Sometimes a comma in the field names causes this issue. It is sometimes suggested to open the CSV file in Excel. The search for Commas and replace them with blank. Then attempt the import process again.

    If you would like to troubleshoot this further. Email the given email address so that we may take a look at your media and help to locate the issue.
