    Hello Jash,

    Being logged into one device should not prevent you from logging in on a second or third device.
    Can you tell me what web browser you were having difficulty with?
    Were you able to log in on a separate browser?

    Good morning Brittany, The browsers we had issues in was with Mozilla and I.E. , could it be the browsers might need to be updated to the latest versions?

    Hi Jash,

    Yes that could be a possibility as Act! Essentials works with the latest versions of all IE, Mozilla, Chrome and Safari.

    Can you try logging into those browsers via the second device? If you are still not able to login can you send me any error messages you may get?
