MY stock and MY templates are not loading

    Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your Emarketing area of Act! Essentials. Can you tell us what is displaying to the top right corner of your account? My Templates or Stock drop down menu.

    When you say top right corner, from what area of the account?
    If you mean in eMarketing, I can click either My Templates or Stock, but nothing populates. there is a blank box to it's right with no ability to do anything.

    I think there was a delay to the emarketing server that holds the emarketing templates. Please let me know if the issue happens again.
