Delete Deactivated User
HI,
I deactivated a user about a year ago and I added another user months ago assuming the billing would carry over to the new user. Now I found that I am being billed for 3 users instead of only 2 users. This is very deceptive and misleading, especially when we can add billing but not remove billing. Please contact me to resolve this billing issue as I have already overpaid for this service for an inactive user for over a year.
