Unable to Delete Multiple Contacts

I am using Chrome browser and am new to Act Essentials. I am tidying up database but when I click multiple contacts and then try to delete nothing happens. Is this a bug?

  Thank you for your post. Can you please list the steps you used to try and delete the contacts? Can you also provide the web browser and version you are using?

  I'm using Chrome Version 53.0.2785.101 m

  Google Chrome is up to date.

  I used the tick box to allow me to select multiple contacts then Actions/Delete and selected Delete from the pop up to confirm.

  When I do this nothing at all happens!

  Thank you for confirming your browser. Can you also confirm if you are trying to delete these contacts from a group or from All Contacts?
