Facebook not connecting
Greetings - I am using the essentials trial account, trying to determine if I want to become a permanent user. Having some issues. 1) When trying to add photo to my contacts, and I use the Facebook option - nothing seems to be connecting. It shows I am connected to Facebook under integrations, however nothing comes up when I attempt to link a photo to a contact.
Also, the mobile site is saying incorrect login credentials even though I am able to log in using same credentials on my computer. I use Safari and iPhone. Any help?

Thanks for reply to an older thread on the community. I have just tried to integrate my own facebook account in my Act! Essentials database and I am getting the same error that you are getting. I have flagged this with the developer team.
What should be happening is that the facebook page should launch where you are asked to authenticate and authorise the app to access facebook.
I can see this is not happening and the error is thrown.
This could be down to facebook changing something at their end and our devs need to address this.
I'll update the case with further information as soon as I have it.
