    Hi Fred,

    Thank you for your post. When you click Email Group Act! Essentials will send an email from your default email client. If you have security settings to prevent your email from populating it will not send the email to your group. Please note if you are sending an Email to a Group all email addresses will be displayed to each contact. If you would like to send a large email to a group to look individual please use the Emarketing feature to the left of your account.

    I tried sending a campaign also and received a message saying there was a problem sending campaign and try again later. I am not over my 500. I can send and receive email. My security settings are not preventing this issue. Popups are allowed.

    Hi Fred,

    Can you please check all the email contacts within the group you are attempting to email? Campaigns have been preventing to send due to the following:

    Incomplete email addresses
    Contacts with no email address
    Emails with special characters such as '
    or the email being added to a custom filed

    Please let me know if you have any of the above in your group.

    I am using ACT! 365 and I don't see an option or tab to email a group. Is there some other way to email a group in 365? If I can't email a group or set up a conference call with a group ACT! 365 isn't much use to me.

    When I click a group in Act! 365 I see this:-

     

    As per the image above, you can see the middle slightly darker button marked with 'email group'

    What do you see in your Group?

    New to Act 365. I think I sent email groups by mistake. How do I make sure I wasn't charged. 

    I was told that I reached my monthly quota and did not want to send any emails. 

    How do I delete email groups to make sure they are not sent?
