Does data older than 6 months get deleted?

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks for your post. The statement was previously true. The data is not deleted but you will have to enable to view previous activities. You can view previous activity in one of two ways.
    1. From the Contact portion of the account click the Activity tab, you will be enabled to view up to 50 past or upcoming activities at a time, if you scroll down to view more past events they will populate.
    2. From the Calendar view you can jump to selected date and see activities

    So I am not so concerned about activities I am more concerned about notes. I need to be able to create a contact and then store notes under the contact. From your answer, it sounds like the Essentials product will de what I need. Is that correct?

    Hi Bill,

    Yes, but to add a note you will have to create an Activity called Quick Notes to reference for your contacts at a later time.

    How easy will it be to find notes for a specific customer if the note is more than 6 months old?

    Hi Bill,

    It is as easy as looking up the customer, clicking the activity tab and scrolling through the past activity. You will first see the most recent 50 activities but can scroll further back into time if needed.
