Does data older than 6 months get deleted?
I was told by an Act sales person that with the essentials product, all data older than 6 months is automatically deleted. Is this true? Our need is to be able to enter contacts and notes under those contacts. If this data is deleted then Essentials will not work for us.

Hi Bill,
Thanks for your post. The statement was previously true. The data is not deleted but you will have to enable to view previous activities. You can view previous activity in one of two ways.
1. From the Contact portion of the account click the Activity tab, you will be enabled to view up to 50 past or upcoming activities at a time, if you scroll down to view more past events they will populate.
2. From the Calendar view you can jump to selected date and see activitiesPlease let me know if you have additional questions.
