    Hi Iain,

    The email address associated with your Act! Essentials account can not be changed. If you need to send campaigns from a second email address you can add a second user with the second email address needed.

    Thanks Brittany however there is a cost of $10 per user per month - is it possible to set up another user for the sole purpose of sending marketing campaign through email: iain@liberofunds.com or surely there is IT option with ACT that can amend user email address? Please advise. Thanks a mil.

    Hi Iain,

    At this time the only option to send emails using a different email address would be to adding a user. I recommend posting your idea by using the bubble icon to the bottom right corner of your Act! Essentials account. I will also pass along the request.
