    I am sorry to hear that you are unable to upgrade your Act! Essentials account. Please try logging out of your account, clearing the cookies for the Act! Essentials site and logging back into upgrade the service level.

    Act! Essentials does not have a live support or service number to call for assistance.

    Please let me now if the suggested helps resolve the issue.

    Hello. I have the same problem. I'm trying to upgrade a trial account to a subscription account. My billing information is all correct but I get the error "An error occurred while saving!".

    I have logged out / in, cleared cookies and tried different browsers.

    As trials go, it isn't a great start.
