Need to get ahold of customer service: Error when trying to pay for subscription
Hello. We have a trial account and trying to pay for continuing subscription. I keep getting an error when trying to check out, that there was "an error when saving". I've entered info correctly multiple times to no avail. Can't find any info on where to call customer service.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to upgrade your Act! Essentials account. Please try logging out of your account, clearing the cookies for the Act! Essentials site and logging back into upgrade the service level.
Act! Essentials does not have a live support or service number to call for assistance.
Please let me now if the suggested helps resolve the issue.

Hello. I have the same problem. I'm trying to upgrade a trial account to a subscription account. My billing information is all correct but I get the error "An error occurred while saving!".
I have logged out / in, cleared cookies and tried different browsers.
As trials go, it isn't a great start.
