Error running ActReader

Have downloaded and unzipped the Act!Reader for use with Act! Professional version 16. On opening the file get the error message "Invalid Act! tier information - contact Sage Software - ACT! Technical Support". Any ideas?

  I don't understand, I go to the community.act.com which forum should I use if it is not the first one Act! ?
