Adding Contacts

In attempting to add new contacts, I have followed the directions...

Click the + from the top right corner
Click New Contacts from the drop down menu
Enter necessary fields
Click Save when finished

Yet, I am now able to add a contact... What could I be doing wrong?

  Hi Steve,

  Can you tell us if what Pat suggested has worked for you? If not can you tell us which fields you are filling for your contact? Do you get any error messages?

  Steve, not sure, but one thing I found, since it's web based, I had to wait for the page to sorta load. Just takes a few seconds, but if you click the save button and immediately move off, maybe the save hasn't taken effect? Best Wishes, Pat
