How difficult would it be to upgrade from ACT Pro! to ACT Essentials. I have never been on a month plan. Not sure what the differences are between ACT Essentials & ACT Premium and which I would need to upgrade to?

  Hi Bonnie,

  Can you tell us the primary features you are using in Act! Pro? This will help us in recommending which solution would fit your needs.

  Act! Premium Cloud will be very similar to the version of Act! Pro you are currently using, many of the same features.
  Act! Essentials will allow you to manage contacts, create calendar events and send email campaigns.
