Import Contacts- error message- won't import-incorrectly formatted

    Hi Deb,

    Can you please tell us what version of Outlook you exported your contacts from? Can you also verify if you have tested the file by removing different fields? This will help narrow down and find out what portion of the file will not allow the import.

    Brittany are you really saying that if we have this problem we are expected to test every individual field by removing one and retrying over and over again. This should be a basic function. Is there a tech support number to call and discuss this. I am having the same issue and there appears to be no reason for the problem

    Oh I am using Microsoft office 365 Subscription and my outlook is a part of that if that helps

    Hi Bill,

    Act! Essentials is a self service platform with no technical support. Regarding your data the only way to verify what would prevent the import would be to test each filed for discrepancies.
