Template Manager Lost All Templates

The template manager lost all my templates. This has happened before and is sporadic. It will list them and then they all disappear. I've tried using service in both Chrome and Explorer with same outcome. When this has happened before, they might return the next day.

Is there anything that can be done to avoid this now and in future? Impacts my productivity greatly.

  Can you please send us the category your templates are listed under? Can you tell us what version of Chrome & Explorer you are using?
