act! Essentials to Gmail connection woes

    Hi Michael,

    Can you please verify if you have set your browser preferences to default to your Gmail account? The Act! Essentials email will defualt to the web browsers default program.

    I set it up (on my computer) to go to Chrome. Which I assumed it would open it up under my email account as it did that when it opened up under Microsoft Edge. It was my Gmail account but didn't have the tools and familiarity of Gmail.
