is there a way to look at a contact and see when the next step or follow up is dated for...thanks

  Hi Scott,

  Great question.

  Yes you can see what activities you have for individual contacts by following the steps below.
  1. Search for the contact
  2. Click the contacts name
  3. Click the Activities tab under the contact information
  4. Click on the Activity scheduled to see the follow up notes you added
