Custom fields - examples

What business case use is there for the 5 custom fields? I did use one for Anniversary, what are the other 4 used for? (any examples much appreciated).

  Hi Pat,

  Many users change this fields to fit their business industry. I would recommend if there are any other key features that help you categorize or filter your contacts to add those as a field.
