Contacts Not Saving

I've been attempting to add contacts to my profile and the information is not saving. After reading through the FAQs I have refreshed the page, deleted my cache and cookies, opened a new web browser (google chrome version 44.0.2403.130 m), and logged out and logged back in. Nothing has worked.

I can add a contact with just the name but when I go back to edit the contact to include the contact information, nothing saves. I click save or hit enter and literally nothing happens.

Please advise on how to fix this.

  Hi Kiley,

  Can you please tell us if you are copying and pasting your contacts email address in the email address field?

  If you are can you double check that a space has not been added to the end of the email address?
