Adding csv file
If I import a new csv file and there are duplicates, will ACT! Cloud make duplicate files or just keep the ones already imported?

Hi Jeffrey,
Great question.
When importing the second CSV file Act! Cloud will match any contact that shares the same email address and first/last name to prevent duplicates. If however the contact has their first name no last name but same email address it will create a second contact.
