Why dont I have any?

Hi Dan,
When you are trying to view your templates can you verify that your drop down tabs are listed? How to check:
1. Click Emarketing within your Act! Essentials account
2. Click Template Manager
3. To the right of your account is the first drop down is My Templates
4. To the right please ensure the correct category is selectedThank you,
