Linked fields - how to re-establish?

I have linked fields from the Company address fields to Contact fields that show the same company address info. This of course is so I can update the company address once and have this new info reflected into the contact screen automatically. I have several company/contacts where this linkage no longer exists. How can I re-establish the linked fields? We have ACT! Pro 2013
