I am trying to send a campaign to 385 contacts. However, I get a message saying that I have exceeded my current service level and that it failed. I thought I had 500 per month to send to?

  Can you please verify if you have tried sending any other campaigns out of other groups?

  Yes last month I tried several different groups and same message. I waited for new month to try again and same message.
