    Hi Fawnia,

Can you try logging out of your account and back in? After you log back in please try sending a test email to yourself by clicking the orange eye icon on the template you are reviewing.

Please let us know the results.

    Kind Regards,
    Brittany Roberts

Thanks Brittany. It's been awhile since I've been back here to try this again. And I'm here to answer this after another unsuccessful attempt following about 30 minutes of editing. But I went ahead and logged out and in, and tried again right from the main list of templates instead of from the editing screen. It has been 50 minutes since I requested the test email be sent and still nothing. How long is it supposed to take? I imagine with the automated response technology available it should only be a matter of a couple of minutes max.

    Hi Fawnia,

Can you tell us if when you try sending the email to yourself is it with the campaign or do you try sending a test from the eyeball icon? Can you tell us more about the errors you are getting regarding creating/editing the template?

    Thank you,
    Brittany Roberts

Yes. This time I logged back in and sent the test email right from the eyeball icon on my chosen template thumbnail, before entering to edit. I have done this from the eyeball icon from the editing screen of the template as well, and with the same result.

Since I'm just getting back into using this program, the only editing issue I've come across so far is that when I go to change the color of the font for portions of text with links attached, the size of the font minimizes, and I must then change that too, each time. It actually doesn't seem to be happening this morning like it did yesterday. But there is now a new issue: I changed the color of one linked text, and when I did the same to linked text a few sentences previous, all of the text between the two changed font size AND style.

Ok, just tried another thing: I highlighted two linked text sections and the text between them, and selected black font instead of the color chosen when creating the link. Once making the change, only one of the linked text sections changed to black (the first), and the text following the whole highlighted section changed font size and style as before.
