Act 11 upload

Greetings, we were directed by support to join act essentials. Weeks have passed and they could not help load act 11 on our PC. we have a sizable data set and support gave us this link. We would like to upload directly from the ADF files as this is where Act stuck us. With no local program and no support for their Act essentials. Please advise.

  Hello Rex,

  You can upload contacts to Act! Essentials in a CSV or VCF file format. As Act! is a separate solution you will need to first export your contacts from the database.

  To continue this discussion. I am an Act 2011 user also with a large database and a significant number of Secondary Contacts with email addresses. Can those contacts be exported with the primary fields?

  Thank you for your post. If the secondary contacts have informaiton added in the designated fields the data will be added to Act! Essentials.

  Is it possible to show a screenshot in this string? When I create the .csv file for import only the Primary Contact appears.
