Moving databases into a new PC

I am moving into a new PC and need to import my databases and I am not able to do it by using the import wizard.
Tech support is impossible to get through.
Any ideas?

  Act! Essentials is a web based solution with no need to download to a PC. Can you confirm if you are using a different Act! product?
