    Hi Thom,

Currently the only way notes can be added is manually (copy & pasting).

You can import up to 10,000 contacts to your Act! Essentials account.

    Thank you,
    Brittany Roberts

Great, Brittany. TY! What about the amount of data/notes I can add for those 10,000 contacts? Is there a limit to this or will I be able to continue using this well into the future w/o concern of running out of space for my contact notes/tasks, etc???

    Hi Thom,

There is no limit to the amount of notes or Agenda items you add to your contacts.

    Thank you,
    Brittany Roberts

    Brittany -

TY very much for your assistance to date. It has been very helpful! I was attempting to manually copy some history/notes from my old CRM as part of my conversion to ACT!, and came across a bit of a challenge I am hoping you can explain. For many of my contacts, I have history/Tasks/Notes etc. dating back several years; I was unable to save anything into ACT! earlier than 2015. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong, and if it is the case, can you explain why and suggest a possible work-around. TY!

    Hi Thom,

When you are creating an event you will need to manually type in the MM/DD/YYYY. Please let us know if this helps save your events.

    Thank you,
    Brittany Roberts

Can you tell us what type of event you are trying to create (call, meeting, email...).
