Which ACT Cloud Service should I get?
I spoke with someone from ACT Sales re: Premium Cloud and was told that would be $35/month. When I asked about the other cloud options he said he knew nothing about them, that I wouldn't like them anyway because they don't do what my current ACT does, and there was no one I could call to speak with! He couldn't get me off the phone fast enough for his liking. Really?!
I currently use ACT! Pro 2013 Version 15.1.108.0, Hot Fix 4 and have no idea what the other options would be other than premium. Besides me I may want to also have two of my sales teammates join so we can collaborate and use the same database.
How can I speak with someone to learn more about the different cloud options.

Hi Mark,
What kind of questions might you have? There is no live phone or chat support/rep for Act! Cloud.
Act! Cloud is very different from Act! Pro 2013 as it only includes Contacts, Agenda, and Email Marketing. You can add team members to your account and share your database.
Act! Premium Cloud will be similar to the Act! Pro 2013 you are currently using.
