    Hi Al,

    Thanks for your post. I would like to confirm that Act! Cloud is very different from our traditional Act!
    Act! Essentials does allow Mail Merge through our email marketing templates. You can also see an agenda item that the email campaign was sent. Sending a standard email from Act! Essentials will not allow mail merge. If you send a standard email you will have an agenda item that the email was sent but you will not be able to see the content of the email.

    If you are interested in the more traditional Act! we now offer Act! Premium Cloud and can host your database for you.

    Thank you. Sorry to say, Premium is not an affordable option for us.
    There are CRM in the $10-$20/mo range that do as I need.
