Sending form letters (NOT email blasts)
I am a long time user of ACT desktop...and like it..but now trying the online version...I don't need sales forecasting or much of the heavy stuff...but do send out form letters with mail merge some time
I need to create an email that looks like a normal email with ability to pull merge fields and send a 1-10 out at one time..BUT they need to format like a real email..
Also they need to track back to ACT for history.
Can this be accomplished?

Thanks for your post. I would like to confirm that Act! Cloud is very different from our traditional Act!
Act! Essentials does allow Mail Merge through our email marketing templates. You can also see an agenda item that the email campaign was sent. Sending a standard email from Act! Essentials will not allow mail merge. If you send a standard email you will have an agenda item that the email was sent but you will not be able to see the content of the email.If you are interested in the more traditional Act! we now offer Act! Premium Cloud and can host your database for you.
