    Hello Heather,

    I would also recommend using the headers listed in the link below when importing your contacts. This will help ensure the data you have in your file maps correctly to Act! Cloud.

    Hello Heather,
    Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.

    There is not an option to merge on import. The best and fastest way to correct this would be to delete the existing contact and re-import. If you added info you don't want to lose, then export it to csv and add it to the existing sheet then re-import.
