Setting up call activities

    Hello Michael,

    Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud

    To view the contact phone number when following up with a call please follow the steps below:
    1. Click Agenda
    2. View Activity under the date the call is on
    3. Click the call activity title
    4. The activity will load showing the contacts name, number, details regarding activity and any notes that you may have previously taken

    Tried it. Shows contact name but no phone number. The only way I can get a phone number on there is if I put it on the call record itself when setting it up. Frustrating.

    Hi Michael,

    Can you try clearing the cookies and browser history? It sounds as though the bug fix at the end of January did not accept for your account yet. Please let me know if you still do not see the feature after clearing the browser history.
