Hi! How can I get a template to use to import contacts as a VCF or CSV file?

Hi Laura,
I recommend creating an Excel sheet with all of your contact info. Please read this article to get the headers that match for importing: https://actcloud1.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203012545-What-are-the-default-fields-for-Act-Cloud-CSV-imports-
When you are at the point of saving the file:
1. Click the drop down for Save as Type
2. Click CSV (Comma Delimited)When you are in Act! Cloud at the Import portion & select CSV the Excel file should be available to select form your Documents.
