User Role
Hi!
There are a few questions about the service I would like to ask.
- Does Act! Cloud have several user roles each having its own set of features? For example, Sales Manager, Head of Sales etc.
If there is a separation, is it possible to check various roles within the 30 days trial version? If this is not possible, what features other user roles have, role available within the limits of 30 days trial doesn't?
Is there a user guide in a PDF file describing features of Act! Cloud I can look at?
For how long has Act! Cloud been on the market?

1. Currently Act! Cloud is a single user account, please check the community for updates on when multi users are added.Included is a list of features from the website, http://www.act.com/products/act-cloud/#Features
Act! Cloud launched in August 2014.
